Home ownership has its pros and cons, the biggest con being all work is left in your hands and it gets pricey. Finding this company was a saving grace for me. Our home inspector failed us on many aspects and I have had to have so much work done to fix issues other the past 5 years of buying my home. I've come across many workers who don't really care but let me tell you.. this gentleman goes ABOVE AND BEYOND his job title and puts care, time, sweat and genuinely all he's got into his work. When my toilet and washer flooded the floors unexpectedly I just wanted to break down and cry. I called the first plumber that pulled up on Google and I am so thankful I picked this company. He got here so quickly after hours and he checked everything. Meanwhile another plumber that my insurance was going to cover spent less than 5 minutes looking at everything. 😑 He took pictures of all the work under the house so I wouldn't have to get dirty and helped me understand everything. He got to work quickly once we gave the go ahead. This man spent so much time at our home just working away and even doing things I didn't expect like replacing little parts on things such as the toilet handle etc. Today he finished everything up and I have so much stress lifted off my shoulders. As long as he's working this will be the only place I go to when I need work!!! People who do these jobs getting dirty and slaving away are true godsends. If you made it this far into reading my review then do yourself a favor and take this as your sign to employ Neighborhood plumbers for your plumbing needs. I have never come across someone so hardworking and dedicated to their job before- you will NOT be disappointed!!!!

Jordan is a very knowledgeable and honest plumber. I've had him fix many things on my house and he's always gone above and beyond to ensure everything is good to go. He doesn't pressure you into spending tons of money on "extras" and he gives you numerous options on how to resolve issues. Jordan is by far the best plumber I've ever dealt with and he's the first person I call when I have issues. If you need any repair or maintenance on your water, sewer line or septic lines, Neighborhood Plumber will not let you down!

Jordan came to the rescue and finished a big project for me that included replacing all drain lines in the house and installing all bathroom fixtures, faucets, and lines to include the kitchen faucet and soap dispenser. In the kitchen, he reconnected my Aquasana for me after the replacement was complete. This was my last major project of the renovation, and he made it easy. Thank you so much. I highly recommend Jordan’s work to anyone looking for someone trust worthy and detail oriented. He’ll laugh, but his caulking lines are impeccable. The little things do matter, and I appreciate that immensely… so does this little old house. I was happy to pay the inspection and estimate fee which was added into the total job price. He spent good time inspecting the job and giving me a real run through of what needed to be done. He should be paid for spending his time with any customer. His work is WORTH it!

Jordan was very skilled and price was reasonable. He cleaned out our slow draining bath room sink and repaired a leak that he found from another line while under the house. Courteous and not in a hurry. I would recommend him for your plumbing needs.

Jordan responded in a very professional and efficient manner on Thanksgiving eve. He took care of our problem and got our lines opened quickly. I had a top tier experience with Jordan. When my water heater unexpectedly went out he was able to to come out to replace it that same afternoon when so many other places were quoting 3+ days out. He was incredibly knowledgeable, very personable, and expertly replaced my water heater.
